Maybe as a point of reference: The OCXO in my SR620 flutters around
10MHz with a few parts in 1e-10 in the course of a few weeks/months.
It is an older model, judging from the oxidation on the BNC connectors
and has been continuously running for at least 2 years.

Unfortunately, I am not logging the frequency of the SR620, so I cannot
make any more precise statements. (I really need to build some rig where
I can measure lots of 10MHz sources in continuously...)
