[time-nuts] LH "No usable sats"

Testing two different Z3801A, I wonder why I cannot receive GPS birds 
outside AZ : 290 to 315 deg. My horizon is clear and EL and AMU filters 
are 10 deg and 1.0, respectively. Position: 41 21 N ; 08 23 W.
