Just re-add the server with score = 0.  There will be a small delay until 
the server is actively used again, but much smaller than when the server 
starts at -100.

I like this "planned maintenance" idea.  Although only .5% of server 
administrators will ever use it, so it'd be a bit of a wasted effort, and 
an additional .5% of server operator^W^Wscore junkies will use it to try to 
cover unscheduled maintenance.
