It's an interesting approach. We use Cisco and Sonicwall routers and
firewalls, so I will have to see what our options are in this regard.
My fear is those devices won't be flexible enough to do that
redirection while still *not* redirecting the NTP queries my own NTP
servers use.

I may be stuck with DNS redirection, as setting up a new Linux/BSD
based router or proxy is a non-starter from a budget and complexity
standpoint.
