I think you got your decimal point wrong 600*80/100=48kbytes. That is just the traffic hitting the system. There is an equal volume of responses going out making the total traffic in the order of 96kbytes/s. I running this on a home server with a max adsl connection. I personally believe that as commercial operation they should be providing their own time server for their own network. i.e. we see traffic from a single box and not every network block they own.
