Right now it's a 1200s (20 minutes) but it might need to be adjusted if people are still seeing spikes. Packets > travelled 1800 miles and my neighbour is across the street ;-) That's weird, Videotron and Bell are both members of the QIX* and they should be exchanging routes there.
