Same here since about 2am GMT+1 yesterday. Ping from my laptop gets a reply from ntppool.develooper.com [216.52.237.143]. My webserver thinks it resolves to 64.15.175.5 (which doesn't ping), so maybe Ask's busy making some DNS changes.
