Evidently something is blocking NTP (udp/123), ICMP:

--- 82.95.91.106 ping statistics ---
12 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss

...and everything else but SSH and HTTP.  Presumably this is a  
firewall config problem....
