Just for fun and convenience, perhaps one of us could put up an
unofficial list somewhere. In fact, I'll start it at
http://phxbsd.com/ntpv6/ right now. Send me country/region of the
server, hostname, and ipv6 address and I'll add it. Replies to be added
should be off-list to keep the noise down.

Or if someone else wants to do something prettier and/or with a web form
for adding hosts then please go ahead!
