So where are you going to put it? On the pool website? Or maybe insert a link to it in every NTP response packet? Maybe something needs to go in my domain's AUP saying that the accuracy of any NTP / DNS / HTTP data from my domain are not guaranteed to be accurate... This whole idea is preposterous. OTOH, I'm a techie, not a lawyer. Or maybe we could just forward the lawsuits to Ask.
