Hi folks,
I just noticed that the number of NTP queries at my pool time server
ntp.rueckgr.at is unusually flat since about 24 hours:

There are no spikes, just constantly about 100 packets per second for a
few hours followed by a sudden increase to about 200 packets per second.
I noticed the same behavour of NTP traffic in other server's stats, e.g.

* https://rikku.vrillusions.com/ntp/
* http://hennepin.hoopycat.com/munin/hoopycat.com/framboise-ntp_queries.html

Does anyone know what happened?
