These two aren't doing any good at the moment (although perhaps they'll be back later :). Also, if you have added "nopeer" to the "restrict default" lines, you'll need to have explicit "restrict ntp1.nl.uu.net", etc for each NTP timesource to which you do trust / want to peer with / get time from. Try running "dig de.pool.ntp.org" to get some other candidates if you can't find anyone else nearby which is up, although the quality of the pool is improved if pool members mostly sync from published stratum-1 or -2 timesources and not from other pool members. time1.euro.apple.com (and/or time2,3,4) might prove to be nearby enough to be useful, for example.
