<p>This is one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard a candidate
say. If we follow this to it's logical conclusion, we get to a very
scary place. A mother who just gave birth to a Down's baby could say,
"It's life hasn't begin, don't let it live. I won't nurture it."</p>
