<p>Apparently this is legal, because the Democrats are running and
paying for the elction themselves. I thought it would violate the <a
href="http://www.classbrain.com/artteenst/publish/article_59.shtml";
target="_blank" title="15th Amendment to the US Constitution"
class="newwindow">15th Amendment</a> (Voting Rights)  to the U.S.
Constitution. I'm going to ask one question about this when I go to the
polls tomorrow. What if I can't take an oath because of my religious
beliefs?  Does that mean I can't vote?</p>
