<p>It would be great if it would happen again. Congress and the
President need to tell the so-called Supremes they're wrong about
abortion. South Dakota will <a title="The Trommetter Times: Criminalize

rtion_2772.php">set the stage</a> for a showdown with SCOTUS, it would
be great if they had the backing of the U.S. Congress and the
