'''AUSTIN, Texas, March 23 (UPI)''' A Texas judge has refused to
reinstall two plaques honoring the Confederacy at a state court
building in Austin.

Not exactly sure why the Judge can't order the plaques to be put back. 
They were illegally removed in the first place. We need to acknowledge
that Confederate soldiers were just as sincere in their fight as the
soldiers that fought on the "winning" side.
