showing less than a third of Americans care about it when voting.
Seeing it's a loser, John Kerry has made environmental doom and gloom
his #1 issue. Folks, you can't make this up! Kerry's in Houston to talk
about this today, which led the city's mayor to warn against pulling an
Algore, meaning repeating his insult that Houston is the smoggiest city
in the nation.</cite></p>
