Legalize Marijuana

CNSNews.com "On Monday the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a case brought by two seriously ill California women whose doctors recommended medicinal marijuana to alleviate their physical suffering."
It's about time we settle this issue. As a Libertarian, I'm in favor of legalizing marijuana. Alcohol prohibition didn't work and the current "drug war" is a failure.
A ruling in favor of these women would be a step in the right direction.
