Pro-Life Group Challenges Campaign Finance Law's Advertising Ban July 29, 2004
Wisconsin Right to Life has filed a legal challenge to a provision of the controversial McCain-Feingold campaign law, claiming that its ban on certain advertising violates freedom of speech.
This is exactly the kind of organization the McCain-Feingold campaign law was designed to silence. Nice to see that right-to-life groups are now challenging this blatant censorship. We'll be following this story closely.
