Dispute over Keyes on ballot at state elections board
The Illinois State Board of Elections moved to certify parts of the November ballot Friday despite the concerns of some members who questioned whether it should include Republican U.S. Senate candidate Alan Keyes' name.
In 2002, the Democrats replaced Robert Toricelli after he was forced out of the rece over a corruption scandal. Why shouldn't the Republicans be able to replace Jack Ryan?
