I saw something happening on the streets of Charlotte yesterday, and I�m not sure how I feel about it. My initial reaction was "What are those two white cops doing harassing that homeless black woman?? Before I got there, I think they gave her a citation (if that�s the right term) for pan-handling. (It�s illegal to beg for money on the streets of Charlotte.) They were shouting at her that she�d have to go to the courthouse to find out when her court date would be.
