Thanks.  twsyng might work for debugging purposes, but I'd like to
eventually build the timiditydrv.dll that can be installed as a system
midi device (without having to launch twsyng.exe and have it sit in the
background).  I forget which options I tried in the past, but I could
never produce a functional .dll file.  It might be a problem of using
cygwin as a mingw cross-compiler.  I may have to do a separate full MingW
environment install separate from my cygwin install.  I'll give VC++
Express Edition a shot too.
