Peer w.x.y.z port 655 is victor instead of Victor i had trouble figuring out what was wrong and why it would not connect. Victor uses tinc 1.0.13 and so of course there is no tincctl export. The above appeared in the windows application event log and on the remote Debian based 1.0.13 tinc server.
