Hi,
The tcc 0.9.25 tarball doesn't say where to send bug reports and
doesn't even really mention this mailing-list. I think this should
be done in the README file.
Moreover the README file says:
License:

TCC is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (see
COPYING file).
It should also mention the version(s) of the License. The COPYING file
is 2.1, but for instance, tcc.c says:
* This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
* modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public
* License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
* version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
