Hello Dominique: I think there may be a net configuration problem.
1) Can you ping the IP of the remote server trought your Windows PC ? 2) Is the firewall active in the server? Check if the port 8069 is open, is not, open it on the server. 3) In the client side, set the conection parameters to http://server-ip:8069.
