There is a FAQ (http://www.tinyerp.com/component/option,com_easyfaq/Itemid,19/) 
but you would be right to say it is rather incomplete. I can't see how to edit 
it (and haven't tried). But you can edit everything in the Wiki 
(http://tinyerp.org/wiki/) including the User FAQ, User manuals and Developer 
manuals. The documentation in the manuals has been improving a lot recently 
because of the increased efforts of Tiny and some in the community.

A lost opportunity for them! Many of the partners in mainland Europe are 
English-speaking and may be more responsive, I suppose.
