Modules can be installable and/or active. So audittrail is neither active nor 
installable.

You can edit __terp__.py to make it installable then use the usual module 
installation process to activate it. 

When I did that on 4.2.0-rc2, however, it killed the whole installation (I've 
forgotten the details now). So I think Tiny's decision to make it uninstallable 
was wise until that has been fixed. I've not tried to work out why it failed.
