thanks cedric! that's also working with v4.1.0. At least the write-off dialog is now popping up. There's still something wrong though: I'm using account_tax_include (sale_tax_include and purchase_tax_include) module. Doing a sale order with Tax included the corresponding invoice is adding dealing the tax like it is set to Tax excluded. Also I think, once the invoice is created the field "Tax included" or "Tax excluded" should be unavailable (greyed out).
