Configuration -> Account -> Choose Tax Mode brings up an empty list form.
Clicking New shows a dialog which much resembles a module installation form. It even has an Install button. Clicking this button yields an error. I guess this actually IS a module install dialog. I am on a fresh RC3, the functionality (or lack of) is identical with or without demo data. If memory serves me well, this was the same in RC2 But the main question, to me at least, is: What is Tax Mode ? In a situation where the company is tax exempt, is this the place to define this ?
