This patchs told me that I need psycopg (I supposed it was installed
with tiny-erp on w2000). I'm looking for binaries for this module on win32.

I first had the same problem when i updated from 4.0.3 to 4.2rc3.
You have to apply the migrate scripts (/doc/migrate/X.X.X-X.X.X).
Then it should work.
