Thanks. I have done the Update Modules List, no sign of any marketing module has appeared in the modules list.
Restarted server with --update=all and there was no mention of Marketing module in the server startup log. Also no marketing module in the list of modules and no Marketing category on the main options menu (I'm assuming there should be?).
