It's not really the case => for sales invoice :

1) debit account => you right

2) the credit account are setup into the invoice lines => on each line
you will have a "dest account" so if you have 2 different credit account
for the same invoice you just have to add more lines => the journal
account is a "by default" value ! The tax account is also set up on the
invoice lin on the bottom box "tax lines".
