Gerry, I had a small accident with my laptop today and I don't have on hand any recent version of TinyERP in my older one. However I've been checking the possible causes of your error.
It looks like in a one2many or many2many field TinyERP is expecting a different value. In this kind of links to other object you would create, link, unlink, etc. using a list of tuples of the form [(x,0,ids)] etc. It is expecting a tuple and when trying to evaluate it (act[0])to find what action to perform it is failing because the tuple isn't there. I don't want to make up a response finding the "guilty" fields there, but I suggest adding a logger right before the line that triggers the error to find out.
