eTiny is a web application. You use TinyERP from firefox. A hosted or local
server runs tinyerp server and eTiny web server. Example :
http://etiny.sisalp.net
eTiny must be secured.
nx desktop is a remote display for a linux desktop. A server (hosted or local)
runs tinyserver and tinyclient. You remote use it. I love it also because it
comes natively secured.
for nx desktop see
http://www.nomachine.com/
NX server fits linux, (NX server is gratis-no-fee, not free), freenx server is
a free-software alternative. NX cients are available for all pcs for free.
I'm currently setting up a virtual training center with NX (as shared desktop)
and am amazed by remote performance.

You can combine all approaches : TinyClient, eTiny and NX

Find a linux specialist in your area. There are thousands around there. In
which country are you ? A Tiny partner of your country can also do the job.
Else, if you are loacated in European community, you can have a try on
http://tinyerp.sisalp.net (my site) and evaluate if response time would be ok
from a hosting in France. Overtime, an Saas (ASP) offer is planned by Tiny
themselves, but I don't know when. Other partners do mention an ASP capability
but don't tell how and for how much.

Better wondering about this before you go too deep...
