Hi. It seems that you have solved the problem I am facing right now.
I have a clean install of Tinyerp 4.2.0 on Ubuntu Gutsy with demonstration data loaded, and installation seems to go well without any errors. I have no additional modules installed except for the Norwegian accounting chart. However, when I try to input new entries into the default bank journal I get the Cannot concatenate 'str' and 'bool' objects error. I tested the same procedure in the online demo version and there was no error. My problem is that I do not quite understand how to solve this error message from the solution you have provided. Can you please tell me the name of the sql-file I need to change and some more details on how to solve the problem? I hope you can help me, because I am planning to use TinyErp for teaching purposes at our school once I feel confident that it is working properly.
