We are trying to implement the following but are facing problems. Below I am 
listing our requirement in as easy way as possible so that someone can help us 
in this.

Planning and scheduling (this is there)
Pending Status (could not find this feature. How can we access it?)
Purchase (this is there)
Purchase Order (this is there)
Minimum stock and re‐order level (could not find how to maintain multiple 
re-order levels for one single item based on supplier/vendor of that item)
Automatic Purchase Order Generation (this is probably possible but am yet 
investigating this )
Automatic Purchase bill generation (is this possible?)
Location of Inward Material (found how to handle this requirement)

products are created due to the production process. How can we manage this?)

Dispatch (Cannot find any facility in the installed demo of TineyERP. Are we 
missing something here?)
