We have an installation where there are various accounting entries which
should not be visible to a "regular" user. 

Now there are new buttons to view all accounting entries (4.2) from a
partner, we need to hide these records. 
It seems that the Record Rules under admin/security is the place to do
this.

What would the best way to prevent users who are not in a certain group
(or role) from viewing any records in a particular account from the
account chart?
