I think you can install TinyERP on the web, and access it from anywhere. 
Especially since many modules now use the browser based interface. The modules 
that do not use the browser based interface, may be more difficult, but still 
do-able with a VPN, or something.

I am not sure if it's a good idea. Putting something on the web will make it 
slower, less reliable, more expensive, and possibly, less secure.

It may make more sense to only put the stuff that needs to be accessible from 
anywhere on the web. For example, if you need to access a CRM from anywhere, 
you could use SugarCRM, and set that up to integrate with TinyERP.

BTW: That is all just based on my understanding, I don't even use TinyERP 
myself.
