In Tiny a fine grain Area Manager and Sales Agents commissions management is missing. Most of the companies have many sales raps that are mostly indipendent and autonomus workers with an agency contract. They usually manage a certain area and sometimes a certain kind of customers inside a certain area ( say I am the agent of gardern equipement in Paris for Tiny company). Sales raps are paid by commissions from the sales. Commissions percentage could be different depending from many aspects. For instance a sales agent can get 5% commissions on garments and 10% on shoes, and on shoes 10% if the sales price full and 5% if a certain discount is applied to the customer. Bigger company have also an area manager that is responsible of many sales raps controlling their job and getting a small commission on their sales. Problems to manage are the following : - Multi level commissions ( Area Managers - Sales Agent - Sub-Agent ); - Commission by Group of Items; - Commission by Item; - Commission by sales Price; - Commission by Customer; The above order in not casual, this means that if a per Customer commission rules are defined than this must prevale on the rest of rules, if no ruled for commission are definened in the Customer management than it must prevale the Sales Price rule, if no Sales price rule defined than must prevale the Item rules and in Item rules not defined than must prevale the commission Group rules..
