The export data feature fails, all you have to do is to create a saved report and then reopen the export data window and try to export data using the saved one. You'll get the tipycal tinyerp error window with the message 'Error Opening Excel" Sometimes you will not be able to enter the export window anymore, therefore you have to delete them from the database.
