For us, each different server runs under a different user with a different 
tinyerp-server and eTiny server. So we have a different tinyerp-server.conf, 
too.

Although we use apache instead, we have the approach above - different users, 
different config files.

But I think you have a different approach, with one single user, so this may 
not be very helpful to you.
