Hello I have addressed this problem here before. However, I am now compelled to address it again as our write-off problem gets progressively worse. I am desperately looking for some help or any thoughts in this matter. We have invoices dating back to December 07 which we simply are unable to pay in the Database.
When trying to pay a customer or supplier invoice, after clicking "pay invoice" a "write-off-move" window comes up. It asks me to provide Write of account and journal. Why? The invoice is a single currency invoice and lists some taxes. For test purposes I have removed the taxes, changed rouding settings and so forth. To no avail. Regardless what changes are made always this "write-off-move" window comes up. Since the latest revision however, the message has changed. Previously the message noted, you need to provide a write-off-account. Any thoughts on this matter are most appreciated.
