Ok now getting the components to move around fine is working but the actual buy order generation & co isn't , maybe you can help me figure it out.
I have my Base Ring product set as make to stock / buy / has a partner seller set / has a minimum orderpoint in stock of min 0 max 20 (what's the order field for btw? it's always greyed out in orderpoint rule). I have my finished ring product set as make to order / produce (it's BoM includes a Base Ring) I thought this was the good setup if i wanted to 1) keep no stock of either & 2) produce the finished ring & order enought base ring (with a minimum of 20) for production. I do sale order > add 1 finished ring to sell order > click confirm order then create invoice > go in production > click start all shedulers > my production order is generated (in "waiting goods state)" > no purchase order is created to fullfill my need of "base ring" for said production order & in procurement i have my base ring procurement in "exception" mode with nothing showing in last exception even if i do retry. What am i doing wrong?
