Hi, I am also trying out the Dia 0.96.1-2 win setup in vista and I have python25 installed ,however when I tried out I found out that the Dia need to use python22.dll , so I downloaded the dll into the bin folder of my installed Dia application.
And when I start with the dia.exe , it complained that it cannot load python-startup.py in my dia folder and I still have no success yet , but I am just wandering is the Dia on python22 and when I have python25 it cannot run , the error message : Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\Dia\python-startup.py", line 1, in ? import sys, os ImportError: No module named os seems like it cannot find my sys or os python code ? anyone have success pls do share with us to install Dia with an environment other than python2.2.x ? Or can we install Dia in a mixed python environment , i.e. with python2.2 and python2.4 ?
