Hello, I had the same problem. This is probably because when printing the ocrb.ttf file is not found.
You can check your log files to know what's going on, on ubuntu they are in /var/log/tinyerp.log If you ran your server manually, you can check in the terminal. The solution I found is not very clean but it works! I updated the .rml file from the l10_ch plugin and I added an absolute path to the ocrb.ttf file.
