Hi utervo, make sure to install the 0.9.7 version you can download from there: http://code.google.com/p/magento-openerp-smile-synchro/downloads/list Probably the best option is to reinstall everything to migrate unless you feel comfortable with the whole stack.
We tested it yesterday with version 1.1.4 of Magento and it worked fine so far. Please report the bugs you may encounter.
