So finally, I had to write it in the forum to found the answer :) in the xml file, I've to write the path from the addons :
<logo>addons/stock/report/saxpc.gif</logo> and in the xsl file, I've to use the image tag with name="file" : <image> <xsl:attribute name="file"> <xsl:value-of select="logo" /> </xsl:attribute> </image> If you have information about how to resize it and place it on the report, just tell me.
