Hi, A few hours after ordering, I received an email saying that my order (Order 151) for the ebook was changed from 'pending' to 'shipped', and I suppose the status of 'shipped' means the payment went through?
How is the ebook 'shipped'? If it's by email attachment, then it's been one full day since the status change, but still no ebook. Usually for a digital item, once the payment went through, we expect something quite automatic and immediate.
