Here are some ideas we can suggest :
- Change name char field to many2one from partner to benefit of all partners
info and properties
- Restructuration of the hr view into 2 main tabs :
- personal data (with personal contact details)
- professional data
- Modify hr.contract so it only deals with contract details and put the
miscellenous info in the personal/professional tabs
- extra tabs for employee_skills ; employee_missions; employee trainings;
employee career events (promotions,seniority,...)
