Hi.

The <illustration> tag doesn't give quite a proper footer, though it helps.

It appears the way to get footer/header is via corporate_rml_header.rml file. 
My suggestion is that future version of OpenERP give an option to specify 
corporate_rml_header.rml per each report (where header="True"). Of course the 
default should apply where the optional corporate_rml_header.rml is not 
specified.
